DOC Tool was developed in conjunction with Banchoff Associates, Inc. for Ford Asia Pacific as a part of their dealership training for Sales Managers. It demonstrates a working model of a dealership Daily Operating Control system, which keeps daily records of the sales operations in the dealership. It offers both a high-level and detailed view of the current state of the sales department. DOC Tool was developed using Delphi and HTML.
