Keysoft, in association with Training Design Solutions, of Boulder, Colorado, developed the web course entitled, "Professional Development and the PDC Process" for Ford ET&D. This course is targeted for members and potential members of Ford Professional Development Committees and teaches the process of professional career development at Ford. The course utilizes HTML, Javascript, and Flash.
